It’s Already Done

Yesterday was an amazingly powerful church service. Phil prayed over Jarrell and me and spoke a prophetic word. He received a word before knowing our situation; “it is already done”.

On January 12th, Azrael was diagnosed with high functioning autism. For months (since October/November), we have been struggling with Azrael’s behavior at school. After discussing these challenges with his pediatrician she recommended karate, behavior therapy, and an assessment by a specialist. On November 30th he began karate at Central Florida Tang Soo Do with Master Matt Hutchinson.

With the diagnosis news, Jarrell and I have been able to find a new level of patience. Everyday continues to be a new challenge but we are grateful that our precious boy is able to express his needs/wants and has many interests to build upon (currently dinosaurs, Pokemon, and sharks).
